In family therapy sessions, we'll work to solve current problems and improve positive thinking and behavior. We will help your family "re-frame" reactions and provide your family with valuable tools to cope with life's obstacles. We will work together to find solutions to create dynamics that work for the whole family.

Co-Parenting Counseling
Nurturing Children's Well-Being during Change
In co-parenting sessions, our therapists use the Shared Parenting Support Program, to help parents adjust to change in family structure. During these sessions we will focus on four areas which include; assessment of current parenting skills, identify goals for co-parenting, education about co-parenting and practice new parenting skills. The program includes 10 one hour sessions and you will receive a certificate of completion.
